About Me
Hi there! I like to be referred to as Areica, since it is the username I commonly use and am most frequently referred to as. I am currently a Freshman in college, and planning on beginning Industrial Design after Freshman year.
I have loved Pokemon ever since being introduced to it around the age of 3. My very first video game was Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition, and I was in love with the cartoon series, mostly due to Ash's Pikachu. I never outgrew my love for Pokemon, and in 2011 I started the collection that you see on this website today. I initially focused on only Pikachu and Trading Cards, since they were what I had known since my childhood, and quickly branched out into other merchandise. I decided to create a website of my collection as a reference for anyone looking for more information on a particular item, and also to show off a little. If you are a fellow collector, please feel free to use any of the images and information on this website to put together your list of wanted items and help you accomplish your goals, as long as you give credit when my images are used. :)
My other hobbies include drawing (most of the artwork on this site is by me, with the exception of game sprites), sculpture work, and video games.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: OMG! How do you afford all of this stuff? You must be rich!
A: Ah, if only I was rich. Unfortunately, I am not. I currently do not have any real bills or major financial responsibilities due to my age (and extremely kind parents), so most of the money I make can go directly into funding my collection if I desire. I have been hunting for deals and amassing these items for a few years now, and it adds up pretty quickly. You don't need to be rich to collect, believe me. :)
Q: Where do you keep your collection?
A: Let's just say that I have a very cramped room, and many, many shelves...
Q: Where do you buy all of your items?
A: I get my merchandise from a few different places. I also frequently visit Nintendo World in New York City, which is where I get most of my US pokedolls. I also run a webstore (which you can visit here) and am able to get Japanese merchandise for both my store and my collection. Items that have been discontinued were bought from either Yahoo! Japan auctions, Ebay, or PKMNcollectors @ LiveJournal.
Q: Can you sell me ?
A: I do not build up my collection with the intention of selling it. I only sell duplicate items and I also fill in orders for merchandise from Nintendo World on occasion. Nothing you see on this website is for sale, sorry!
Q: I have a different question that I'd like to ask you!
A: Just use the Contact form below, and I will respond via email. :)
